Fusion9 Windows Setup guide

Platform: Windows. No macOS client is currently available.

1. Download and extract
Save the ZIP to your computer and extract all files. Run the installer from the extracted folder.

2. Run the installer
Open “01 安装 Fusion9 Cloud C01.exe” and follow the installation prompts. Before updating, exit MT4 and the License Center, and quit the assistant from its tray menu.

3. Activate in the License Center
The License Center opens automatically after installation. Enter the code provided by your service contact and complete online activation. Keep your code private.

4. Open your analysis workspace
After verification, select Open MT4 or use the Fusion9 Cloud C01 FXOAK MT4 desktop shortcut. Allow read-only market data and indicators to load, then view records under Prediction Orders. The product does not place or close trades automatically.

Which product should I download?
Only the complete Fusion9 Windows client is offered here, with MT4, chart components and the assistant. Select Download for Windows, then follow the installation and activation guide.

Can I install it on a Mac?
Stay tuned for macOS. Only the Windows client is currently available, and this package cannot be installed directly as a Mac application. Any future Mac release will be announced here.

How do I get or renew an activation code?
Contact your AXION service provider for an activation code. Online verification is required. If your license expires or is paused, the indicator area will direct you to your service contact. Verify again after renewal or reactivation.

Can another trial card restart my trial?
Each device is eligible for one trial through new trial cards. Revalidating the same card retains the original trial end time. Switching to another trial card does not restart the trial. Ask your service contact if you need an extension. Existing legacy cards retain their previous rules.

Is “No signal” or “--” an error?
It means there is no current reference that has passed review; it does not by itself indicate a lost connection. If quotes are updating, wait for a new closed-bar signal. Prediction Orders records observed predictions, not reconstructed orders from before installation.

What if quotes or indicators do not load?
Check your internet connection and start from the Fusion9 shortcut created by the installer. Allow initial market data to load and check your license status. If the issue remains, send your service contact the version, symbol, timeframe and error message, with private details concealed.

How do I update an older installation?
Exit Cloud C01 MT4, the License Center and the assistant through its tray menu, then run the latest package. Updates to this product preserve account settings and personal charts. It installs separately from earlier local editions; contact support before migrating older settings.
